Complimentary delivery
U.S. standard shipping is complimentary. Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7–15 business days after the order is placed. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.
Personalized returns
Personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or different from the personalization submitted. Contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

Tracking

Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment.
Damaged or incorrect pieces
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement or refund.
